The wines of Robinia Hill are an expression of unique terrior that provides elegance, focus, and power. With 15 degree eastern facing slopes, layered over deep pockets of limestone, shale, and fossils, deep gorges aid in air and water drainage.  Elevation adds to the complexity with 1400 feet at the top and 1100 feet at the bottom.  Looking north along Skaneateles lake, you would could be forgiven for thinking you were in the Rhine.
